The answer at the top of the deal
Network fit sits on the deal's overview: the commitment your chosen sites can make against the network's target, the sites and their PIs, the main risk, and the sites left out with the reason for each.

Site selection for networks
Before you bid, TrialCurrent scores every site in your network against the study: patients on record, investigator specialty, capacity, delivery history and competing studies. It names the sites to choose and their investigators, works out the enrollment commitment from each site's own history, and says why every other site was left out.

Compare plans before you commit. Each scenario says what changes from the recommended plan: here the conservative plan drops a site with a competing study, and coverage of the target falls from 97% to 48%.

Every site's score is broken into the facts behind it: patient population, PI specialty, therapeutic coverage, study capacity, coordinator capacity and delivery track record, with cautions such as a competing study in the same area.

When the network falls short, Find sites in Scout opens a search with the study's indication and states already filled in: sites with research experience, physician practices or individual physicians.

Before you have the software, score a study on paper: nine weighted lines, a total out of 100, and a clear bid, bid-with-conditions or no-bid band. Get the one-page scorecard.
