Bid / No-Bid Scorecard for Site Networks

A one-page scorecard for deciding whether to bid on a study. Score nine lines from 1 to 5, multiply each by its weight and add them up. The total, out of 100, puts the study in one of three bands: bid, bid with conditions, or no-bid.

What's on it

Nine lines: therapeutic fit, investigator availability, likely-eligible patients against the target, competing studies, procedures and equipment, startup timeline, budget against cost per patient, coordinator capacity, and history with the sponsor or CRO. There is space for conditions, and a line for the decision, the date and the owner.

The Bid / No-Bid Scorecard: nine weighted lines with boxes for a score from 1 to 5 and the weighted score, a total out of 100, the three bands, a conditions box and a decision, date and owner line.

Who it's for

BD leads, feasibility teams and network leadership deciding which studies to bid on. Use it on paper or copy it into a shared spreadsheet. No account and no email needed to download it.

How the bands work

75 to 100: bid. 55 to 74: bid with conditions, and write the conditions down. Under 55: no-bid. The weights add up to 20, so the highest possible score is exactly 100.

Where TrialCurrent comes in

TrialCurrent builds the same picture from your own records: which sites fit the study, the enrollment they can commit, competing studies at those sites, and a recorded Go, Conditional or No-Go decision with who made it and why. See site selection in TrialCurrent.
