Study startup tracking

Study startup, from CDA to first patient in

When a study is awarded, the sites, investigators and commitments carry straight into startup. TrialCurrent tracks each site's steps from CDA to activation, forecasts the first patient date from those steps, names the step deciding it, and tells you who owns the recovery when it slips.

Award carries the sites and commitments into the study

When a deal is awarded, its chosen sites move onto the study with their investigators and each site's enrollment commitment, along with where that number came from.

The first patient forecast

The forecast gives the first patient date, how far it is from the plan, the step deciding it and that step's owner, with a confidence level and the reasons behind it. Save a baseline and every later forecast is measured against it.

A recovery action with an owner, made into a task in one click

The forecast names who can recover the date and what to do, such as replacing a planning default with a real estimate for a step. Make this a task assigns it to that person in one click, and Control Tower keeps the slip in view until it is handled.

Blockers, vendors and documents on the same study

Raise blockers with an owner and severity, track vendor engagements and keep study documents on the study itself, so activation readiness shows what is still open and who has it.
